Another legendary Haas CM-1 30,000 RPM spindle has just left our workshop in perfect, like-new condition!

Scope of work performed:

  • Complete regeneration of ER16 tool clamping system (full disassembly, replacement of worn parts, high-performance grease, precise calibration)
  • Deep cleaning of air-cooling channels, taper and housing
  • Corrosion protection and conservation
  • Functional and load tests at full 30,000 RPM – zero runout, perfect tool grip, silent operation
